Dr. Jenkins has been instrumental in my helping me achieve a better life. He is extremely personable and down to earth. I knew that when I walked through his office door I made the right decision not only for myself, but the right choice in a therapist. He helped me overcome a variety of personal issues. My father passed away sometime ago and I did not properly grieve or work through the emotional fall out from that. He helped me truly recognize the negative relationships within my life and a path to navigate away from them. My favorite attribute of his is that he creates a realistic plan of action. He is understanding but also holds you accountable to better yourself. His professional accolades accentuate his true dedication to helping people achieve happiness. You can tell he truly loves his job and cares for his patients well-being. The office setting is very comforting and welcoming. It sets the tone to work out a better you!

Consultant Charles Jenkins is a horrible human being let alone a therapist. Mr. Jenkins served as an expert witness in my divorce. For an undisclosed sum of Money Jenkins proceed to tell inaccurate, incomplete and medically unsupported opinions that did not rely on science. He testified that my son suffered with ADHD, yet neglected to conduct the necessary research and tests required by the State of GA to substantiate his findings. Mr. Jenkins is in it for the money and will say and do anything that he believes he can get away with, except this time he got busted. I wrote the GA Board a 10 page complaint outlining his violations, and supplied original documents to substantiate his unethical conduct. For a period of 3 years the board sat on the documents and did not proceed with an case. 2 years within the case, the case investigator unexpectedly left the Board, taking the original documents with her. One year later the Board admitted losing the original documents and request additional copies. I do not recommend this person as a Therapist to anyone. 13 years later, my son is healthy, not ADHD, and does not need medication, and never needed medication. Through the courts, i was granted a second opinion and was able to prevent Mr. Jenkins from proceeding with his faulty assertions. Through the courts i also discovered that he was also the therapist of my ex-wife which constituted a conflict of interest. Do yourself a favor, do your family a favor find someone else. Avoid this one. I am a real person, I stand by my comments, and can be reached should additional details are necessary.

I've been seeing Dr. Jenkins regularly since 2005. I've recommended him to numerous friends and family members, and several have begun seeing him as well. Dr. Jenkins is personable yet professional. It's also worth noting that, unlike most psychologists, he keeps a schedule that's convenient for his clients, not him. If you are a busy person, you'll find his late appointments (7pm is the latest, I believe) a great convenience, since you won't have to miss work. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins for work on family of origin issues, trauma, relationships, and career/general life goals.

Dr. Jenkins is a very kind compassionate therapist. He has shared a deep understanding of me while walking me through trauma therapy. He has come in on weekends to work with me and has even decreased his fees at times. He has a background in many areas of expertise. Dr. Jenkins has also spent time communicating with me outside of our scheduled time. I recommend him very highly to people in need of a skilled, caring, professional psychologist.
